Extra Gentle Series
Postures are done using the support of a chair.  No need to get down on the floor.  Perfect for those who have arthritis, joint disorders or
replacements, heart disease, are carrying extra weight, or have been ill.  You will learn to breath properly, stretch, strengthen, visualize, relax
and meditate.

Beginner's Series
This series sets the foundation for the Level 1 Classes. We cover 6 pranayama techniques building upon diaphragmatic breath.  23 hatha
yoga postures will be taught in depth as well as affirmation, deep relaxation, visualization and meditation.  Includes "Breathe Peace" CD and
instructional handouts.  
$140 per 8 week series
Series starts January 2018 Register before December 21st and receive a $20 discount!!

Level 1 Series
For those who have completed the Beginner Series or who have prior experience with yoga.

Drop In Classes

Level 1+ Strength-Flow
Static and linked postures used together to create a strong and aerobic experience.  Must have good control of the breath and a solid
understanding of alignment.  Not for beginners and those with joint/spinal injuries or cardio vascular disorders.

Slow Gentle Flow
Learn to love your body as the perfect machine that it is!!! Static and linked postures used together to create a strong yet gentle aerobic
experience.  Will practice good control of the breath and move towards a solid understanding of alignment.  Perfect for beginners and those
with physical limitations or carrying extra weight.

Restorative Yoga

A non-active form of yoga, with simple stretching and restorative postures, done completely supported with cushions and bolsters.  The
classroom is infused with healing Reiki energy to enhance a relaxing, refreshing and nurturing experience.  Please wear comfortable clothing
and bring socks if you like.  
$15 per class or $100 for 8 week series.

Wednesday's 7:45pm
A blend of both restorative and hatha yoga with simple stretching and gentle postures.  This gives the student the opportunity to calm the
mind and turn the awareness inward preparing for meditation

The practice works with the different systems of the body to create a state of awareness, flexibility, focus, balance and strength. Each class is
different, and is geared toward the energy and needs of the participants. Class includes breath-paced movements to open dormant areas of

our Beginner Series a 8 week course that covers
the foundations of yoga in a progressive,
methodical way.  You are joined by other absolute
beginners who are looking to start their yoga
experience off on the right foot, and you are
returning to the same group each week, building
your foundation from the ground up.
Through an in-depth evaluation of your state of
health, Ayurvedic consultation will develop an
understanding of your unique constitution and
any root causes of imbalance or changes you
may be experiencing. Your constitution or

Kari's Beginner Series, Level 1 & Extra Gentle Classes are pre-registered, no
drop-ins.  Missed classes must be made up on a different night and time.  They will
not be added/credited to your Series.  Series Make-ups can only be carried over into
the next 2 sessions(total 16 weeks), provided you are enrolled in the new sessions.
No full/partial refunds or credits for vacation time.   

All classes taught by other teachers are to be paid directly to the teacher, these are
NOT eligible for Kari's Series classes makeups.
